the warm weather this week couldn't have come at a worse time, the bucks were moving good, but things have really slowed down now

Amen to that. I went out last night just to be out there. I figured being 64 would have the deer shut right down. I saw 1 doe and 1 small broken racked 3 pointer. However, I have seen deer running after dark while leaving my hunting area. The rut is still happening, just at night. Hopefully the cooler temps on Thursday change that to some daytime movement.

it's going to bust wide open as soon as this front comes in and cools things down..so far bucks are ready but does are having nothing to do with them..they hear a grunt or see antlers..they are GONE!

Agreed. Buck movement has been almost nonexistant since late october around here. Nothing on cameras, not seeing any around doe groups. Once that cold front comes in they should really start up...and activity should carry right on into rifle season
