Tim Andrus
In the past few days Ive seen numerous articles on hunters being hurt/killed while enoying this great sport we love. So just a reminder ... 1 - where a safety harness 2- know your target 3- If your going alone , let someone know where your at 4- If your not in the best of shape ask for help dragging the deer. we all think were fine till its too late. 5- If you have one take cell phone with you and keep it in your pocket, does you no good dangling from a tree and your cell phone is in your pack hanging on a limb or ezhanger thats all from here
Texan_Til_I_Die
Texas had a hunting fatality last week. 29 year old from the Dallas area. Apparently he tried to shoot a feral hog and the rifle experienced a hang-fire. When he went to hand the rifle over to his hunting partner, he violated one of the most basic rules of safe gun handling and allowed the muzzle to point at his own head. The hang-fire round chose that particular moment to discharge.
