92xj
We all know we are thankful for friends, family and life experiences but what are you thankful for in the RealTree world. Since I have been here, I have met a great number of people that I can call true friends. I am thankful for that. I am thankful for the future opportunities of hunting that could possibly come from the great people here on this forum. One last thing I am thankful for is the opportunity to bring live hunts to the forums. I did 3 hunts for Tim, 1 hunt for Corey and Co-Dogged a hunt with Buckee for Steve B. It was an amazing experience and felt like I was there with the guys hunting. Being out here in a new state, it's like a new world for me and I have yet to have the chance to get out and deer hunt. I love getting out in the woods but the rules, regs, public land and tons of hunters make it pretty difficult for someone that doesnt know the area to get out and be successful with a deer hunt. These live hunts have filled that void this season and the season is still not over yet. I would like to say thanks again for the guys that asked me to do it. I will always be up for another. Tim get back to Texas!! Thanks RT for everything. It's been one heck of a year.

Tominator
Obviously very thankful for all my friends here on RT. We've been through a lot in the last 8 or 9 years. Think about all the money that has been raised to send some folks on hunts or help out with something needed (myself included). Obviously I'd be remiss if I didn't mention my good buddy Ohiobucks too, truly blessed to have a great friend in him.
ruttinbuc
I am thankful for all of the friends here at Realtree. I have had the good fortune to meet many personally and will cherish those times spent in their company. I am also thankful to those who have helped whatever cause there was a call for. From moral support, to donations in helping others, and contributing to the general well being of the membership through participation in the website. There is a lot to be learned and gleaned from these forums with the number of those who are active on a day to day basis. I am thankful for being able to share in my experiences in my endeavors and in those of so many who share the same passion for everything outdoors. SE_KSBowhunter
What gives Ben, no love for the hunt with Rodney and I??? lol Just messin with you. Like Ben said, I am thankful for the people that I have met and become friends with from these forums... (even you Ben!) and for the opportunity to go to the Milk River to film Tim on a successful hunt. There are a lot of good people on here that have a lot of common ground and support each other, not only with hunting but with the roller coaster of every day life. I know how you feel about moving to a new state and having a tough time getting anything going for hunting. I moved to Maryland for a couple years right out of college to work in DC, and finding somewhere to hunt without driving several hours was tough. I'm sure you will get it figured out quickly and become successful at it, just promise you will save an elk for me!

I have only met 2 guys but look forward to maybe meeting more of ya some where down lifes road.

Out of all the hunts, that one was the most nerve racking! An elk will be saved for you, but I hear there are bigger and better ones in Idaho. I think about a plan for us everyday and they always change, haha. I will figure something out, I will promise you that!
Shaun_300
Very thankful for all the great people I've met off the forums. Had a great time with every one of them! Especially have a riot with Joe and Joe (Muff and RangerClay) when we get together to go golfing or ice fishing. I'm sure I'll meet more in the future years, and hopefully go on one of the forum hunts one of these times! Also happy to be a moderator of this great place. Being able to help out and make a difference on here is quite an honor.

Also thankful for the opportunites myself as well as my daughter and wife have had to hunt with other members thanks to other members of this forum. Been fortunate enough to meet several members and also hunt with a few. Hopefully will be able to share some hunts with some other members in the future.
