m gardner
Rifle hunting is an addiction but bowhunting is an incurable disease. You're gonna love it! My buddy is 63 and enjoys bowhunting in spite of never being able to hit one. Kills lots of deer with a firearm but loves his bow. He finally arrowed his first deer this year, an 11 point whitetail on a DIY hunt. Looks like he just stepped out of a car wreck he's so pumped. Bowhunting just puts you in a zone you can't enjoy with a rifle. Mark

redkneck
Congratulations! That smacking sound is addictive. Practice and you will have all the confidence you need and the deer deserve.
