sparty
Getting fired up about hunting NE Mizzou. Hunting close to the Mississippi river near the Iowa border. Does anyone have any advise for a late season hunt? Never done the late mloader hunt before in another state. How good of deer should I expect? Thanks
Shaun_300
Haven't hunted anywhere down there, wanted to wish you good luck on your hunt though! Shoot a big one.
Washi
I'd say concentrate most of your time on food sources, especially corn fields. The deer will probably be starting to herd together by then. Late season can be a great time to kill a big buck. I've seen more in late season than any other time of the year. youngbow
y i cant get why u would hunt with a gun that takes so much time to reload when we have so many advancements in engineering i would much rather hunt with a bow and it takes less time to load, pull, and shoot than a muzzleloader plus u get a phyical boost that much of america needs:pullup:
swohiodave
that is an awful question! Most states have a muzzleloader season and it is a lot of fuN!
