hutchies
Don't know if you guys have seen it but cabelas is running a 1 day only sale on the Hitman blinds with snowcover for $149..........That is a heck of a deal. Too bad I won't be near a cabelas that day. I would buy one in a heartbeat.

92xj
Hopefully after the first of the year folks will be having good deals to get rid of 2010 stuff so they can stock up on 2011 products. The only thing left that I need for my waterfowling besides a boat and good dog is a layout blind. I finally just made a cart last night that is able to hold 8 dozen dekes, 2 blind bags and 2 guns. Finally the mornings of hunting with a hurting back will be over.
Jeramie
I typically haul my 4-wheeler out on a 4x8 trailer. I then drive it off and hook the trailer to the back of it. I load the trailer up and game on. Works great. I want a layout blind for solo hunting. I occasionally hunt behind a piece of material stretched over a Brier patch or something. Having a blind like that would allow me to move around the ponds and hunt from places where cover was a little more sparse. Im a craigslist junkie. I do see those blinds on there from time to time for $100.
Mach1
Two of the three layouts blinds we have came from Cabela's when they had similar sales the last couple years, although the snow covers weren't included. So far, we've not had any problems with them and they're so much easier to use than burlap or other camo material. And they help keep the wind off of you. jesse8953
I got a hitman blind.Bad thing about it is, doesn't fold down so you can pack it easy.My is in the top of the garage.I got a ground force for $150 last year from cabelas. The g.f. blind is much easier to transport. dogdoc
Best cheap layout blind that is easy to carry in that I have found is Final Approach Express blind. Roger's Sporting Goods has them $89 right now. http://store.rogerssportinggoods.com/servlet/-strse-900/final-approach-eliminator-express/Detail
92xj
Does the frame not really run down the side and keep the fabric up? It seems like it just rest on top of the person thats in the bling instead of being held up over the person. Does that questions make sense? It looks like a good blind and I like the FA brand. Do you have one? If so, any pictures of it set up?
hutchies
The Primos Hardcore blind isn't bad if you want a all in one pack either. It flips around to carry decoys like a backpack.
