buckee
She's been good for the party and is easy on the eye but i just dont like her. Maybe its the accent or that she resigned her office to cash in on fame, i just hope she never runs form office again. Yeah same here. I liked her at first when she was chosen to run for VP with McCain but after watching her speak a few times I changed my mind. Im glad she hunts and all but she just isn't cut out for high political office IMO. She's not the brightest crayon in the box lol My wife doesn't like her either. I do. She's one of us, and at least real for a change. True, she's not a smooth talker, but at least she says it like it is, without the smoothy BS. The_Kat
Alot of alaskans can't stand her and say she's fake as it comes to the " real " Alaska. She's still hot tho!
Turkeygirl
I agree she's the real deal, down to earth. Unlike all these hunting shows on TOC, she's just going out there to get meat to fill the freezer...not out for the biggest antlers... She's just normal...I enjoy watching the show. stevebeilgard
Alot of alaskans can't stand her and say she's fake as it comes to the " real " Alaska. She's still hot tho! when she resigned as governor, she had a statewide approval rating of 86%. don't believe those "a lot of people". they are only a few. she left a surplus budget, all bills paid, and a bunch of fellow elected officials (both republican & democrats) in jail for abusing power. she's my kind of politician.:toot:
ruttinbuc
I'd vote for her before I'd vote for some of these stuffed shirts at the strings of a puppeteer. As Steve says she plays it as she sees it and cow toughs to no one.
redkneck
Well I sure voted her ticket, no doubt she's better than the alternative, but I just see too much money there. She even reportedly took her standard $100K speaking fee to talk at the tea party convention in TN plus a $18K private jet to get there. Politics is money, and I see her cashing in on every freaking thing she possibly can, and somebody that broke her oath to serve her state and struck while the iron was hot with book tours and the whole nine yards. Im glad she hunts and all but she just isn't cut out for high political office IMO. She's not the brightest crayon in the box lol I respectfully disagree. Folks tend to think she is not intelligent because she "shoots from the hip" and isn't a molded and groomed politician. I think she would surprise a lot of people. Obama is an articulate speaker and a poor, poor leader. I'd put Sarah Palin in my corner any day. I feel she loves her country for all the right reasons and is willing to stand up proudly for what she believes.
