maddhunter
Re: bow targets? A buddy of mine just bought a Delta Broadhead buck, and I've been breaking it in for him. The broadheads work great in it but don't shoot field tips in it, they are very hard to get out. I hear the Yellow Jacket by Morrel is very good, but again don't shoot field tips in it you won't get them out!!! Personally I've been using a big piece of white starafoam that I got from the marina and it has lasted about 4 years and won't dull your broadheads and also is cheap! tedicast
Re: bow targets? The best broadhead target out there is the Morrel Yellow Jacket. It is reasonably priced, and stands up to broadheads much better than any of the layerd foam targets such as the block.

tedicast
Re: bow targets? [ QUOTE ] the block!! [/ QUOTE ] The Block is greay for field points, but broadheads just shred it. Shooting BH's into the block is a waste of a $60 plus target. The Yellwo Jacket is $39.99, and holds up 10 times better than the block to BH's. tedicast
Re: bow targets? My brother and I shoot at a Block that has to have at least 3000 arrows in it. We haven't had close to a pass thru. The BH. just eat up those targets, thats wht we bought the Morreall.
Chrud
Re: bow targets? I use The Block also. I do broadhead tuning adjustments (if major) on a Morrell Humongo target. But, then I shoot a few arrows before I go out hunting. Makes the target last longer. Once I get my bow tuned and broadheads shooting with my fieldpoints, I only shoot broadheads before a hunt.
