mastr001
I am planning on hunting the second weekend "7th" or the third weekend "14". I the 7th is soon after a new moon and the 14th is right after the first quarter moon. Which is best to hunt? They have alot of planted green fields and alot of the land is 10 year old pines that you cant hunt in b/c to thick. Based on the moon which weekend would be best. I will be hunting in Washington county.
Leo
The closer to the New Moon the better.
BamaTrae
I'm from South Alabama, both those weeks are gonna be good. If it were me I'd wait till the 14th.

Forget the moon, weather that goes from 18 one day to a high of 70 2 days later is your biggest obstacle and who knows what you'll have when you plan your trip in advance when you get there.
