dartonman
Last Thursday evening, I had a tuna sub from subway......three hours later, after a very extended tummy.....it hit me hard.....I can't even explain in grave detail, but feel I could of vomited the length of a football field....then the troubles went south for four days straight.........my doctor confirmed it was not a stomach flu, but more than likely than not, food poisoning.....I would not wish this on my enemies.......Jared with subway commercials probably lost all his weight from somanila......as I lost 11 pounds in four days!!. Folks, if you do eat there, avoid the tuna...please. And to "regulate" and make my stomach feel better, as I was having really bad sharp pains after five hard days, my doctor told me to eat two Activia yogurts for dinner, and then two for breakfast to get the "good" bacteria back in the body....it worked, no more pain, and I feel 100 percent. God Bless, and avoid the tuna. al

Newarcher
I love the Tuna from Subway but I just don't see how they can keep it fresh and from spoiling sitting in that unrefrigerated bowl. Sure they may keep ice below it but that's not enough to keep the top part cold and prevent spoiling. Anyway, Tuna is the very worst sub (nutrition wise) you can have from there. buckee
That is more than just a bummer Al, if ya get my drift. Man, I'm glad you're feeling better now. I got food poisoning once from a burger when I was in my early 20's. I know what you've been through, and it ain't nice. I had to come up with a plan on how to puke and crap at the same time. ..... OK, too much information, I know ..LOL
ruttinbuc
Glad you are feeling better, Al! You just never know with these places anymore. Too much information is right. Al's episode with Salmonella and Ruth's Gastrointestinal dilemma was info enough and then buckee comes along not knowing how to coordinate the......puke and the crap...... That's really easy...do it the way I do it.......believe me, guessing wrong or being attacked by both when only expecting one is a life lesson. I have always had an aversion to sticking my face in a toilet...too much bouncing and splattering! So the best way is to sit on a toilet with your face in a trash can. Problem solved. Shaun_300
That really sucks Al, glad you're feeling better! I don't eat tuna period! Don't eat Subway much anymore either, every time I eat there I seem to get insane heart burn, don't know what it is, the bread, lettuce, no clue. Never used to happen to me, just within the last year or so.
