Another new buck. Age?

This buck showed up on camera for the first time last week here at the house. He has become a regular visitor since then. He looks like a mature deer to me. Whats your guess on age?

The buck in the link was only about 6 or 7 miles from my house. Must be something in the water around here.

I'd say 3.5 year old.

I think those pics are deceiving because it's late in the year. I would say 3.5.

I'd say 3.5. I'd take him out. You don't want him spreading the 6 point genetics.

Thats a mature deer Ethan...he's a 4.5 year old that you need to dust for sure...His body says his age and his antlers tell you his genetics are that of a inferior source. He's a great 6 pointer, he's mature, and i hope you can get a whack at him.

Thanks everyone. I was pretty sure he was a mature deer. Poor genetics are rampant here at the house, which is why I dont hunt here much until late archery. We have alot of weird looking bucks, and inferior racks. Sometimes one will show up that seems to have good genetics, but not often. I would be happy to take this deer at this point of the season with a bow.
