10acboy
I know that this probably should be posted in the M/L forum, but I thought that more people would see it here. At the end of my M/L season I was cleaning my gun and the threaded hole in the barrel that holds the trigger assembly got stripped out. I was going to take it to our Gander Mountain because I thought that they would get it completed faster then Knight. Gander wanted at least $35 to fix it while Knight said that they would do it for free. To make a long story longer I sent the barrel to Knight thinking that I would get it back in a couple of months. Well I got home yesterday and the barrel was on my front porch. It took less then 2 weeks from the time that I sent it off! When I unwrapped it, the guide that holds the rod to the barrel was broke - plastic. I called the tech that repaired my gun and told him the problem and he said no problem, I'll send a metal one out to you today! I love dealing with a company that has customer service such as Knight. I just thought that I would share my good fortune.
BuckNrut
Re: Praise to Knight M/L Customer Service The real topic is "customer service", not MLs. Thanks for sharing. My "made in Spain" ML is starting to sound old now.
wtnhunt
Re: Praise to Knight M/L Customer Service That sounds like pretty good customer service to me. Nice to know there are still some companies out there that recognize that customer service is important.

lil hunter
Re: Praise to Knight M/L Customer Service When my dad first got his Knight, for some reason, no matter how far we moved the sights, it was still hitting way left. We sent the gun back to Knight. They shot some, and noticed the barrel was off, causing it to shoot left. They replaced the barrel, and sent the gun back. It only took about 3 weeks I think. Knight does have some GREAT customer service.
