the weather report is showing daily record high's and lows in past years..I noticed this past week in 1918 it was very warm for this time of year...40's & 50's

You know..I'll bet they said thats gonna save on the 'ol wood pile, and I'm glad I dont have to chop ice to water the livestock, and what a BEAUTIFUL day, I can hang laundry out to dry!!

None of this Global warming stuff

what do you mean, none of this global warming stuff. sure it's global warming. haven't you noticed that if the temperatures go up, it's because of global warming. we're now having one of the coldest and worst winters in history, and it's becuase of global warming. whatever happens with the weather next year or 10 years from now, it's because of global warming. simple as that. sure it's because of global warming!:chair::chair:

global warming is a crock!

It is , the fact that the term "global warming" is used so frequently while the correct term, "climate change" isn't.

Like posted in the previous thread, all to often weather is confused with climate. Just because we're in a warming trend at this point in climatological history, doesn't mean we won't have record cold. All evidence suggests that warming and cooling cycles would occur with or without human presence on this planet. It appears that our activity on Earth may be contributing to said climate change, but the jury is still out. It's important to quantify our impact on the planet.
