fly
I wonder if those Dem's were ones that nearly lost the last election? Vote the way the people you represent want you to or lose your job.
wtnhunt
I wonder if those Dem's were ones that nearly lost the last election? Vote the way the people you represent want you to or lose your job. Exactly Frank. We will see what happens over the next year or so, gonna be real interesting to see how things go between the parties and the president. Would assume Obama will attempt to come off as "working with" the republicans in hopes that people(voters) will forget his contempt for them when he demanded his legislation be crammed through. That exact thought in mind I personally don't see how Obama's approval rating is what it is at this point in time. Another assumption of mine is that if or when things don't appear to be going his way Obama will resort to the blame game.
The Bug House
.........Vote the way the people you represent want you to or lose your job. Unfortunately I think that's all the "repeal movement" is at this point. More of a symbolic vote to appease voters. Even if it passes the House, it would never pass the Senate or a survive a Veto by the President. I'm all for healthcare reform, but this is little more than a requirement to buy into a "broken system". Let's start with tort reform and some personal accountability.
