Thanks Popgun...I was thinking along the lines of top secret Navy Subterrainian Submarine illegally transporting Chlorine Gas by Sonar...this proves it!:D

Actually appreciate your insight and believe that would be a plausible explaination(the train not the submarine).

Sounds possible, but even if the other states where it's happened had railway tracks nearby, what are the chances they all had leaking toxic chemicals? and what happened to those fish?

Thanks for the feedback Popgun.

Now they are reporting dead birds in Italy as well as several other states. Millions of dead fish were found in Brazil.

Dead birds were also found in several other US states.....

I know they like to make things sound simple but they aren't simple. Something is going on here.

I was thinking popgun's train explanation made a lot of sense before this, but not now.

Maybe with the birds it is that avian bird flu that was so publicized a few years back?

The fish sure don't fit into that though.

African Killer Bees!:48:

Dormant Ones awoken by Navy Sonar now smelling like bleach:D

I have not listened to all of the news reports but why is not the possibility of sudden downdrafts, straightline winds, or microbursts not a plausible explaination of the bird deaths???

From what I saw on the news last night, all the birds were of the same species. I dunno what is causing it but Im sure there is a simple scientific explanation. I think the fish kill is unrelated to the birds. Fish kills really are not that uncommon. Fish require a very balanced enviroment to live in, and if it changes just a little bit, for a short amount of time, then they will die rather easily.

Microburst, straight-line winds, etc. are very common in tornado alley. Oddly enough we have had tornadic storms in the past week or so too. It is a plausible cause but in my mind doesn't explain the dead birds being found everywhere.

I'm gonna bet that these bird die offs continue and eventually it's gonna hit some animals. Thats when the big panic will happen. Alot of sources are saying it's military testing.

I agree. Unfortunately there is stuff out there that would scare the socks off us if we knew about it. They test in areas where it is least noticeable and easiest to dismiss as something else. With today's media networking, keeping things unnoticed is harder and harder.

I think Popgun shed some good light on his first hand account. Obviously there were other species of birds in his area affected, but not in the numbers like the blackbirds. The blackbirds were flocked up like they always do and the others were not.

Either way, this is very intriguing!!!!
