When have you seen more buck activity through all stages of the season.

As I said in the first pole.... Usually smaller bucks and does in the morning, and bigger bucks later afternoon. The largest buck I seen this year was around 2:30pm while working my way from my morning set up to an afternoon stand... he beat me to my stand.

I have seen higher numbers of bucks overall in the mornings, usually between first light and 8 am, but is a split for mature bucks between first light and late afternoons. Usually after 8 am it is does and the occasional young buck.

I have to say late afternoon, but I know this is primarily because I hunt this time more. I would say lately around here most bucks have been seen later in the mornings, after 9am.

Sightings were better in the mornings for the most part.

Voted 4pm to dark because that is true for the entire season for me. During the rut, I see more from daylight-10
