BearClaw
Been at it since mid-September. Passed on a number of smaller does and figured I'd end this season with no meat in the freezer. Decided to try the late archery season here in Maryland. Got a small window in Garrett County where the snow wasn't so deep and drifted that you couldn't get around. Went out Thursday and had six below my stand and took this one. Finally!! http://s266.photobucket.com/albums/ii277/jequinn/?action=view¤t=DSCN4205.jpg" target="_blank">

Guest bowhunter56
Very nice well done, in my opinion, the main objective is to put meat in the freezer not put antlers on the wall.

BearClaw
Actually no, this isn't my first bowkill but you are right, you never forget your first. I won't forget this one either! Always wanted to try late season but in Garrett County in January it can get pretty nasty. Can't even get to your stands from the drifitng and deep snow so you go to plan B. They have been getting quite a bit of snow since then so the window is shut down for now to get around so I'm thankful and blessed to get this one when I did!
