Exactly. Brewing is great. The only downside is the sanitation. You really need to be a clean freak.

The number one thing you need is to enjoy different types of beer. If you're a commercial beer lover, like Bud Light, you'll grow tired of brewing.

No not me, I got ruined at that Italian restaruant in Nashville with the Italian beer.... I want to try all kinds now....

Just give me a case of Miller Lite and am happy. we've got ALL kinds ofmicro brewery"s around here in Western NC and some of them will actually turn you against beer. when I went to Germany, I got hooked on Heffe Weissen brew and was happy to find out that it is sold in the U.S., still doesn't taste the same as over there though.

KT...We're good..I actually should have said for it to be meant towards everyone here. It's probaby not a good thing for anyone to go against what Scott wants to have happen here.

Scott's the Man...theres a chair here for everyone and they all have everyones name on the back...in a heartbeat Scott can turn that chair into the corner. Everyone will read the name on the back of the chair until Scott decides different or he simply throws the chair into the campfire...in which case the only way someone would read the name is in a "Remember When" thread.

Just stating the obvious...or not so obvious for some.

P.S. Yesterday when we PM'ed each other I promised you something and here it is:

Beer from all over the World in the Keys...Amazing collection to say the least!

Dang! All this beer talk got me craving one, and I'm out:no: Looks like I will have to substitute a capt. and coke!

Me too. This thread has increased my beer intake well beyond my normal dosage. I drank 3 the first night it was up, and that was all I had, but now I wanna go out and buy another 6 pak.

WHAT! NO Otter Creek??? Goooood beer! How far are you from the Otter Creek Brewery? I go there occasionally with my brother in-law.

Oh yea...their Copper Ale ranks right up there! I'm about an hour away from Middlebury, but as they say around here "you just can't get there from here" LOL! I haven't been to the brewery yet, but I hear the beer served there tastes better than what they bottle. Long Trail has some great beer as well. There are 21 breweries in VT, the state brewers association has a "passport challange", if you visit all of them you can get a Tshirt.

Is the last one Trout River? I can barely make out the letters

Does that say Trout River??? Where can I find this?

Yup! Trout River Rainbow Red Ale, tastes great. Brewed in Lyndonville VT, I'm not sure about it's distribution. Unfortunately I doubt its available beyond Northern New England, perhaps Northern NY as well.
