PotashRLS
Seldom drink much because of being on call so much. After a while you just get used to not drinking it. When I do stock up for an occasion that warrants some beer, I buy Busch/Bud Light, Pabst and some Old Style for my Dad. We affectionately call his beer horse pee. Nowadays its a soda 99.9999999999999% of the time for me. :soda: I almost forgot.............the days of old saw many an ice shack stove's fire started with empty cases of Milwaukee's Best (aka the beast) and Natural Ice. Also mixed in was Busch Light. Edited January 12, 2011 by PotashRLS

92xj
Here is a good mid morning drink, football with buddies drink, or sitting around the smoker in the afternoon drink. Get a big pitcher. Pour 6-8 beers in. I use Keystone light. 1 can thing of Frozen Limeade a couple of shots of vodka or tequila. Pour into a cup and drink like an adult and responsible. 92xj
I will be trying this When my brother in law introduced it to me the first time, I thought it was going to be horrible but since I have never tried it before, I decided I had to in order to make a correct opinion about it. It was great. Another one he and I do is 2 cans of beer to one cup or orange juice. We normally do 6-8 beers in the jub and 3 cups of OJ. Normally this is done when we are sitting on the decks with out fathers talking about old stories in the mid morning. A very calm and easy drink that is pretty darn good. ckrich
The Trout river folks got back with me and said nope you should visit VT LOL... Well, I really would like to try this beer, being that I'm becoming a regular trout bum. But I doubt I could justify the expense to VT just to have a drink. Anybody from VT wanna ship me some? April is such a great time of the year, most of the skiiers are gone..the mud is just as deep as the snow...and you can still leave your beers outside to get cold! okiebuck
This may not sound too good, but i have grown to love it here recently. My wife buys this cheap champagne every now and then called Andre. It's in a green bottle with white label, like 4 bucks a pop. So, new years eve this year I had the idea to mix it with my Corona (my favorite beer BTW). I poured a glass of Corona a little more than 1/2 full, then topped it off with the Andre, and man it is good!

Bowtech_archer07
My favorite is STAG followed by Bud Light. The most exotic thing I have tried is while I was on my cruise last spring in the Bahamas I had a beer called Kalek. It was brewed in Nassau and tasted similar to Budweiser. It was really good. Orion_70
Personally I like a good Stout. Bell's Imperial stout is probably my favorite, followed by the Great Divide Yeti. Old Rasputin Imperial stout is also a good one. The Sam Adams Black lager coms in for a lighter beer and the old standy by Sam Adams boston lager.
