Getting ready for dinner. I cooked for the family got a pork tenderloin on that has been on since 10 p.m. last night and ribs that have been on since 10 a.m. this morning. Gonna take those babies off at about 5:30 tonight. Nothing like pork loin that has been slow smoked at 200 degrees for 20 hours. Just need the Head Country BBQ sauce and it's gonna be on.
