Ouch. I work on Oil and Gas, I understand. I still have a job right now but with gas prices taking a nose dive its starting to worry me.

I got out last saturday morning for our rifle opener. The wind was insane. I didnt see a single deer. In fact I heard far fewer shots than normal..... Ill be back out in the morning!

Way, way to much. I drink at least a full pot (12 cups) a day. I drink it at the office, drive to the shop and drink more, then drink more after I get back to the office.

That would be a big negative.... Id be clutching that catwalk like a fatty on a chocolate bar.

Actually its not the trade that has me interested. I trade/ buy/ and sale quite a bit. I like the gun but dont know if Ill ever do much with it. I have several rifles. However, he is wanting to trade a Remington 12ga (3") plus cash.

Dont forget Crappie, bass, catfish, and sandies (white bass).

I traded for a Ruger M77, Mark II, SS with Laminated Stock, chambered in .308. Doesnt have a scope. I had planned on hunting with the rifle but had an offer on it this past weekend (partial trade). Im chewing on it but have no idea what the rifle is worth. Its in great, great condition. There are a few on Gunbroker but the prices are all over the place and most dont have bids on them. Anyone?

Im a fan of the Soft Point too. If Im not reloading Hornady for my .243 I just shoot the plain old Super X. I prefer the Corelokt but they dont group for crap out of that rifle. I also wont buy premo ammo. Way to expensive and the cheap stuff is just as accurate and very, very effective.

Our rifle season opens on Saturday! I will be out there. Im also off Wednesday through Sunday of next week. I will be out again. Hopefully I can find something bigger than the 6 point I killed!

Pretty cat. Im not necessarly a cat person but I dont despise them. I wouldnt mind owning one, however, I wouldnt pay for it.

At roughly 5:50, on my way to the office this morning my Dad called. Granda Wanda, Mom's Mom, died early this morning. She was in her 70's and had alzheimers. Within the last 6-months she had already forgotton pretty much everything and everyone. In the last few months she was bound to a bed (figuratively). Though its a sad loss her quality of life had slid downhill sharply. Tears will flow but she was a devout Christian so her passing was actually the best thing for her. The next time everyone talks with the good Lord, our family would greatly appreciate the prayers. Thanks in advance, Jeramie
