Re: Hi-Point firearms.. $150, too cheap? I have one, bought it to just "mess" around with, couldn't justify $200+ for a pistol. Have yet to have any problems with it.

Re: Another BPI Barrel (CVA) Comes Unglued Patrick, I think you're right. I have had this stuff for a couple of years now, I just keep it in a cool dry place for storage.

Re: Another BPI Barrel (CVA) Comes Unglued After reading this, and some of the comments on the other forum, I am somewhat concerned now. I have a TRADITIONS ML which has basically the same barrel that the CVA's and Winchesters do. My gun is rated at 100gr of powder, which is what I shoot, but it is the CLEAN SHOT pellets. Anyone think that there may be a chance of the same thing happening with this gun as what has happened with these others? Will shooting the max load all the time cause to much stress on the gun?

Re: Why I can\'t stand Nemechek. [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I met him a few years ago and hoped to be able to talk to him since the both of us are from Florida and he grew up in Lakeland and we have family there and such. He was the rudest driver I have ever met and acted like where he was, was the last place he wanted to be. There wasn't many people at the Chevy dealer he was at and all he was doing was signing those cards and handing them over his shoulder and not looking at anyone or saying hello or thank you and acted completely put out by me talking about being from Florida. After that day, I swore I never wanted to see him win another race and coudn't care less where his career went. Even though I pull for Gordon, I generally like all the drivers, even Junior, and I would have rather have seen Junior win Sunday than " Front Row " Joe. I have met more than one driver, and he was the worst, with Ken Schrader coming up behind, the nicest I have met, Spencer and Brett Bodine, Ricky Rudd was pretty cool, at least he would say hello and shake your hand, he's pretty short though, thats what is surprising. I just don't understand why some guys act the way they do. I guess some haven't realized that the fans are the reason they have a job and all that money. [/ QUOTE ] I guess you have been going to bed everynight for the last few years ticked off because Nemechek didn't kiss your behind? Because he won this w/e, it's time to bust on ole Joe huh? What a piece of work............ [/ QUOTE ] Ya know, that's sure what it sounds like to me!! Aww poor little SS, give me a break!

Re: My Striper RTF, I do think that this one is of the same variety that you have there. Some of the rivers here have them in the 30-40lb range.

Re: Ok! Admit it...... Just had to bring this up, didn't you Griz?? LOL!!! Usually, if I am walking in bymyself, yep, I get scared. I start hearing things, and my mind starts wondering, and after darn near stepping on a copperhead last year, then feeling like I was being stalked by a yote, I'll probably be a nervous wreck this year!!

Re: A tip from the pros at the ASA I am so glad I came in and read this today, cause it explains alot!! This past weekend, at the Okie get together, we went and shot a 3-d course. Now wouldn't you know it, but I had several shots going left, but even when I got back home, I was dead on, on a bag target. Guess I need to read this stuff alot more!! This at least makes me feel better as to why I was shooting left.

Re: WE CAN NEVER FORGET!!! Thanks for sharing, made me tear up myself Maybe some of the naysayers on this website will see this, and it will remind them of the hatred towards the US, and why we are at war. Th

Re: Pop-Up Camping.... we bought a pop-up in '01, we use it for at least a week every summer, 2 years ago my wife took it to Galveston. We absolutely love it. And yes, you don't even know it is back there. Too- I have used mine on a couple of deer hunts, all I use for heat is the propane stove, it will keep it "comfortable" on the inside, I crack the windows to get some fresh air, so not to get carbon monoxide poisoning. I think we paid like $5200 for ours, with A/C. Jeramie, man, you gotta get one if you do alot of camping, I won't spend the night in a tent ever again!! It takes only about 30 mins to set one up to!! I built a hitch onto our SEA-Doo trailer, so as to pull the camper behind it!

Re: Hunters Blend? Also has oats. Seems like there were a couple of other seeds in there to. 70% of the bag is wheat, and then it trickles on down from there. I had planted some a couple of weeks ago, but it never rained on it so it had all died, but I walked iot last night after our rain, and there is still a bunch of seed on the ground, so hopefully it comes back up. Will replant tonight, and next week.
