Mean I'm limping around and trying to get through the day and listening to the wife nag at me... "Sit down...Take it easy...Be still"... Geezzzz I'm waiting for her to send me to my room with no TV for a week....LOL I'm sure glad she is gone right now or I would get smacked...LOL Well she's right I guess. I can't stay in one place to long. I'm one of those guys always on the move.But it looks like I'm going to have to slow down now... I'll give yall an up date tomorrow after I go and see Doc BillyBob and his talking sock....LOL

Yesterday morning I twised my knee, Just walking to other side of our shop. I didn't think much about it at that time.... Well at 3am. this morning my knee is like a balloon and it fill's like I have a knife in it..... When I got up and went to take a step. Man I hit the floorand hard. I felt like a beached whale.I woke the wife up and at that time she standing there looking down at me, saying "What are you doing on the floor". Wife is wanting me to go to the Doctor and I said "NO WAY"!!!!!! Heck I'll take me some tylenol and I should be as good as gold... I hope.... I had a Doctor tell me years ago that this was going to happen and he was wanting to do surgery on my knees and I said "NOPE"!!!! I'm not looking forward to seeing the Doctor again, to hear I told you so as he schedules me in for surgery..... Has anyone else have or had knee problems or even had surgery on your knee....

Re: Ok! Admit it...... Here's ya story... About 3 years now I had a young man that started bow hunting whating me to take him out hunting. So I went and hung 2 stands for us to hunt out of. The stands were about 300 yards or in the woods. I have been seeing deer in that area so I thought this would be a good place for us to set up at.... Well Sat. morning comes around and he shows up bright and early. 4:30am. We didn't have a moon at that time so it's was really dark.... When he got to my house I asked him if he was ready hunt.... So off we went.... Once I got the truck parked and we geared up we had to walk a good 500 yards before entering the woods.... As we were walking along the young man grabbed the back of my shirt and said "Griz! Aren't you going to turn a light on?" I told him no and kept walking.... I just we walked about 200 yards up into the woods and I stopped pretty fast and said "What's was that"... I thought right then and there I was going to lose to pour kid... Well when that happened I started to have some fun.... Now you have to remember it is dark as all get out and first light isn't for a good hour or less at this time.... Well when we got to the stands. Before I could get his bow tied to the pull up line he was in the stand asking me if I was ready.... I looked up at him and "Did you check for snakes before you got into the stand"...LOL And he said "SNAKES"... I nearly died laughing.... After we got all settled in and the sun started to peck he started to calm down.... When we got done hunting that Sat. I never seen him again...LOL I see him once in a while and ask him if he wants to go hunting with me.... He said he would as long as I go out at noon...LOL

Are you scared of the dark.I can tell you one thing. I sure ain't.... I was just wondering... I know a few people that is scared to death of the dark and why I don't know..... I have alot of fun when I am walking to the woods in the dark. I will stop and say "Whats that"...LOL I have almost had to give a few piggy back rides a few times...LOL So tell me... Are you scared to be out there and if so. What makes you so scared of the dark....
