  1. i bought this pistol for my conealed but like my ria so much that i decided not too shoot it and just sell it. i added pachmyr wrapped finger groove grips to it and it has the essex slide and frame with single pin recoil and spring and stainless barrel. it is a commander 4" model with the gi style frame. $395.00 shipped to your ffl and insurance is extra thanks for looking and pics can be sent with email address rob k [email protected]
  2. your going to hate yourself jeramie lol. she is truely immacualte both the new and old stock are immaculate lol. maybe another time rob k

  6. i like the 1911's i am looking for either a commander in the charles daly or armscor or rock island or i may look into the champion models from springfield in the 4" model but they have the same set up as the 5" model grops which is either a 7 or 8 +1 magazine. once i pass my conceal class and get my license for my conceal and carry i am getting the 4" model instead of carrying my 5" model which will be lighter and easier to get too rob k
  7. Re: Gun problem i would suggest you have the local gun smith check it out or call the company and ask them if there has been other problems with the lot of rifles that were built with your rifle. it could be a factory thing also. i would also suggest trying another brand to see if it does the same thing rob k
  8. Re: shot the 300WSM today thanks all i just want a magnum so i am going to buy one. i am leaning toward one over the other but i am still doing my research and asking questions. as for the 30-06 i have a 308 and i can use my dads my 30-06 but the call of the magnum is in my blood lol. it is a 30 cal either way and i wouldn't shoot another caliber or one that has to do with the 30 cal in one way or another lol. i will let you all know when it happens but i am still doing research thanks rob k
  9. Re: shot the 300WSM today need help guys i am trying to decide between the 300 wsm and the 300 win mag. i want it for possibly elk and moose but the truth is i want a magnum. also my pop who is turing 80 we have talked aboutt trying out africa no buffalo just the regular stuff like kudu and such but thought a good mag would be a great knock down weapon thanks for the help rob k
  10. Re: 223 ammo if you reload there are 72 gr spbt's you can get and shoot for deer and i wouldn't be afraid to do so. i reload and i test extensively so i feel like i am able to take the shot with no problem. i am not bragging i do a lot of researching and testing. if your shot is true you can kill with a 22-250 and a 55 grain bullet but you have to know your gun and what it will do rob k
  11. Re: scope advice wanted i may be a bit bias but i prefer the nikon scopes to any on the market with bsa if i am short of cash and need one to hold me up til i can afford what i really want. those two are the best of both worlds. the monarch is the best you can find in my opinion the bsa which i have on my 243 is a working piece of glass and has never failed me in the years i have owned it and i have put it on several rifles from a 22-250 to a 30-06 and now my 243 and it is a solid piece of equipment. one day i will get my nikon long range for varmits and deer and the bsa will go into the drawer till i find another rifle i want and it will come out till i save up lol rob k
  12. Re: Looking for a new scope nikon monarchs are the best i have found and i have owned several styles of scopes including the leupold but the nikon is what i prefer rob k
  13. Re: nikon monarch? i use the nikon monarch ucc bdc reticle and wouldn't trade it for anything. excellent scopes as i also use a nikon buckmaster in 2x9x40. my monarch is a 4x12x40ao rob k
  14. Re: savage AccuTrigger?? any good great trigger system. makes for a super crisp trigger with the accutrigger rob k
  15. Re: for sale or trade lee single stage reloading press 35 dollars shipped to the lower usa. great price for a less than a year old press rob k
  16. Re: for sale or trade lee single stage reloading press it is the press alone and it can do anything you want to reload with. i do rifle and and could of done pistol and even 50 bmg i understand no problem rob k
  17. i have a nice press i need to sell or trade. i am asking 45 shipped anywhere in usa and or will trade for good 35 whelen brass or barnes bullets or both thanks for looking rob k [email protected]
  18. this is for a 35 whelen. need some help with loads. i am getting conflicting load data so anyone with true loads i would be greatful rob k
  19. Re: New Ruger .308 =) the 308 is my favorite weapon of choice for deer and other critters in that lineup. the ruger i have an m77 in 308 with taqng saftey and it is one shooting mama. if your reloading for my set up with my ruger i use 42grs of 4350 and using 130 gr barnes tsx bullets and shooting 5 shot .415" groups at a 100 now so you enjoy the baby she will shoot the lights out for you great pic as well rob k
  20. Re: Encore Gun Owners you need tog et their pin remover. makes it so easy to remove the pin but you need a semi tight pin to keep the barrel and action from wobbling and creating poor shooting accuracy rob k
  21. Re: AR, what to look for and how much is fair? 8 to 900 is a fair price for the ar line up. what to look for is what your wanting in the weapon itself. you can detachable handle with picinniy top for adding scope and rings and can attach the scope set up directly tot he handle. are you wanting it for tournament shooting or match shooting and are you wanting 223/5.56 pr 308 cal. do you want a standard 16 or you can get up to i believe a 20 to 22 inch barrel now. your trigger set up and such will all cost you more if you want a stainless barrel. so many toys to add. i would stick with bushmaster and probably the smith and wesson. might want to also look at lancaster and see what you can find. they have some great american ak47's as well for sell rob k
  22. Re: 17HMR or .223??? stevens has an excellent 223 for around 329 that is very accurate and well worth a look see. also the 17hmr is a fun rifle and will kill coyotes out to 200 yards but i think overall the 223 would be better overall rob k
  23. Re: SKS Question a good sks is accurate out to 300 yards but beyond that i would worry. i had a chec sks and it was a nice shooting weapon and i was able to shoot open sights to 300 yards and hit a sillohette type target just like i could with a m16. i also had a chinese at one time that was actually nicer but got rid of them both and wish i had kept them. great little weapons and you can add a norinco scope with just a change in the rear upper of the action rob k
  24. Re: Your next rifle? for me i think i would like a 300 win mag in either a savage or remington 700bdl or adl if they come in those set ups. would also like to have it in a H&R if they made it in one with a good muzzle brake rob k
