  1. Re: Rescuers find snow cave, equipment on Mount Hood Very sad prayers go to the family. Unfortunately it's not looking too promising for the other 2. They said they should have been able to come out of any cave they were hiding in and show themselves sometime today. Let's hope they are still OK. Very sad
  2. Re: Keystone Country store , great time Tim, I'm 20 minutes north of Shippensburg, 20 minutes South of Harrisburg, lol. I went to college in Shippensburg. Hopefully I'll see ya at the Seminar or the sportsman show. It would be cool to meet you and Chuck i'm sure you'll have quite the crowd around. Charlie

Re: My Brother\'s Mount very nice
  5. Re: How big ? Where are you getting these bucks at? What state? He is very nice
  6. Re: good one on trail cam nice pic
  7. Re: And another buck [ QUOTE ] wow if you can pass up a deer like that I would love to see the monsters your actually killing. [/ QUOTE ] Yeah me too. If you have the capability of passing these bucks up and your land is large enough to keep him around in 3 or 4 years he will be gigantic
  8. Re: NY Muzzleloading success!!! congrats
  9. I'm considering purchasing this gun and was wondering if anyone has any input on this? I've shot and few and they feel pretty good. Thanks for any input
  10. Re: What powder I started out with the Hodgen pellets with plans to switch to 777 to more precisely tailor a load. Well needless to say I have not switched yet. With the pellets my gun is extremely accurate and I see no need to switch to loose powder, just more stuff to carry around in your bag. Check walmart they have the loose powder for a great price right now, both Hodgen and 777
  11. Re: thumb hole stock Did you look into basspro or cabelas? I know they have tons of stocks for TC's not sure about cva but they might.
  12. Re: Hunting Season Over [ QUOTE ] No hunting season in now, but we have a late flintlock/archery deer season and a late small game season. Late seasons come in after Christmas. [/ QUOTE ] Yep still have a few more weeks to go after xmas. I'm hoping to tag a buck but if not I will probaly put some meat in the freezer.
  13. Re: Hoyt ZR 200 I agree with Tony and Iminrut. Register over at archerytalk.com and check the bow listings they have. You will get a swwet deal on some new older model bows. Most of those guys either own their own proshops or know alot about the bows. Seems like this ebayer doesnt know squat about bows. By the way that model MT Sport was last made in 2003 and I dont think the bare bow sold for much over 300$ and that would be brand new. If its been used for 3 years..well you do the math.
  14. Re: Hoyt ZR 200 As far as the ZR200 that refers to the types of limbs on the bow not the Hoyt model. There should be a model name with the description, its probaly a magnatec or something to that affect. The ZR200 limbs are the lower end limbs for hoyt models but do fine. The more expensive limbs are like the xt2000 or something like that. Get the Hoyt model name(it is not called hoytzr200) and then we can give you more info. Again most hoyt models have tec at the end:ex protec, ultratec etc. What cams does the bow have? Cam1/2?
  15. Re: Search for 3 climbers on Mt. Hood [ QUOTE ] Tom, I heard they found a note the climbers left so it looks promising, lets keep those prayers going. Sounds like these guys are very experienced. Let us prayer for their safety!! [/ QUOTE ] The note was left at the rangers station before they started their hike basically explaining what supplies they had etc. They said they took all the right gear incase something like this happened. With the weather giving them a break this weekend I look for them to be found, hopefully alive. They said they have a really good idea of where the cell phone signal came from.
  16. Re: college is so frustrating [ QUOTE ] You're not even in college yet, and you're complaining about it already? j/k Hmmmmm, tough one. I'd be inclined to take the full ride with a degree in something like biology. There are many degrees that might not be in the exact field you want, but you can get close. College is expensive, take the money. [/ QUOTE ] Totally agree, get a broad biology degree, then if you still want to do wildlife management that is a pretty specialized field which in most cases only hires people with masters degrees anyway. I would get the 4 yr bio degree for free, then get a specialized masters in WM

    Switching BH

Re: Switching BH spitfires here, like NRA said if it works stick with it.
  18. Re: attintion everyone! U2
  19. Re: how do you tell a girl A good rule of thumb is too wait awhile after your dating to tell her. Dont want to scare her off and make her feel trapped too soon into a relationship. You will know when the time is right and it will just happen, these types of things shouldn't have to be forced it will just happen.
  20. Re: What kind of cell phone do you have?? Just got a new Razr last weekend
  21. Re: Best Christmas Present: great story, very sad
  22. Re: Trans-Siberian Orchestra... The wife has been wanting to go to one for awhile now. Might have to give in next year, that sounds like a pretty nice show. I'm sure it will be good, better be for the prices for some of those tickets.
  23. Re: Wko Likes Egg Nog??? When I was younger I could not drink it, now though I think its pretty good. It grows on ya
  24. Re: Recommendations for Trail/Scouting Camerca neat pic
