My daughter was able to get her first turkey during youth season age 12. I video taped the whole hunt it was great. Then first day of the regular season filmed my 85 year old grandpa get his first ever double bearded turkey. It's been a great season so far. Here's a couple pics. Just before her shot. So far nothing for me yet, I was however able to film my daughter shooting her first turkey. Also was able to film my 85 year old grandpa kill his first double bearded turkey. This is the first year for me to ever get any hunts on video, it's been fun. I'll be out working on getting me now hopefully with my bow. Here are a couple pics. Good luck everyone! If your worried about arrow flight then you should try them. I don't see myself changing to anything else soon.

I've had great luck with all the guns I've patterned with kicks gobblin thunder. Talk to kicks and they'll help set you up for the size shot you want to shoot with the right diam. choke and then pattern your shotgun with a few different shells and see what's the best. Winchester supreme has always thrown the best pattern for me.

For everyone that has tried gobbler guillotines how do you have them fletched?? I was thinking the double bull guys had them fletched with 4 blazers but not sure. What works for you? Thanks

Nice, I'm going to start losing sleep thinking about hunting turkey now.

I've had good luck with both, just depends on your setup (KE) and tuning. I've shot NAP nitrons the last 3 years and really like them. I'm going with slicktrick magnums this year, great flight and more cutting diam. And for the turkey I might just try the gobbler guillotine this year.
