  1. Re: My buddy had a reaaaaaal bad day today!! Jerks ! Well ss, Your buddy should've taken the camera out as soon as it became apparent these guys were trouble. Saying, " Would you please repeat that for the camera?" It's amazing how camera shy bullies are! Bob
  2. Re: recommendation on a upland small game dog. Modillo, You can use a hard wire bristle hair comb, or even a real large pine cone. Both will help with a hard-mouthed dog. But a hound?!?...that's a tough one. buddy. In the hands of someone who knows how and WHEN to use 'em, a shock collar is a great tool. If you don't know the where-with-all about 'em...you can do more harm than good. Bob

  10. Re: MOOSIE\'s IN DA HOUSE Not to wade in too deep on this... The Realtree.com forums are NOT a public soapbox. They ARE a PRIVATELY run bulletin board HOSTED by Realtree. The so-called 'Freedoms of Speech' that people hide behind so they can express their vulgarity, lewdness, and disrespectful tendencies, are not tolerated. They don't have to be tolerated...THIS IS A PRIVATE BULLETIN BOARD. To put it in terms that all can understand, this is like Realtree's 'home'. When you enter its doors, you will respect the Owner...you will respect his children...you will respect his guests...you will respect his property. If you cannot respect the rules of the house...you can expect to be booted. [ QUOTE ] You guys mentioned that Snapper, Jimt and Buckee among others are "well respected". [/ QUOTE ]That they are !! Don't forget it !! By the way...Welcome to the Forums! Bob
  11. Re: Must be something wrong Well guys, I've got 'em all...they are certainly there. I've got my own little system of finding them...and it hasn't let me down yet. I've really enjoyed the contest, and it's too bad we'll probably lose it with December's issuance. If nothing else...Thanks, Team Realtree. It has been fun! Bob

    Uni-Nock

Re: Uni-Nock jimt, If it is just the nock...you can make a small pilot hole with a drill in what is left of the nock and then thread a small screw into the hole.Make sure it takes a good bite and then either with pliers or a vise, clamp onto the head of the screw and it should pull right out. If it's the bushing, a lot will depend on the type of adhesive that was used to install it. With hot-melts, you can probably get it out just like dg suggests after heating the shaft.
