what do you guys do in the off season to stay in shape??

i went to my dr for my 6 month check up asked him if i could get one he told me most them are going to schools human services... so then i asked him about a regular flu shot he told me he was out of them also that i would have to call a pharmacy..so i called one only to find out they put you on a waiting list and will call you when your name comes up

i have this bad thing i do when i shot a gun.. i flinch and i dont know why..is there a way to stop this?? maybe practice shooting with my gun u think it will wear off??

i know some have used seafoam or heard of it so heres my question... my truck is really due for an oil change. thought of running seafoam through my oil..should i do the seafoam then get oil changed or get oil changed then do it and drive it for 3000 miles like i do reguraily? trucks a 2001 f 150 thanks guys

yes there was standing corn..in fact wendesday when walking out in same area i kicked up 3 hens out of the corn

iowas numbers for pheasant hunting is way down this year.. today is opening day i went out for 4 hrs didnt see any or didnt kick any up i dont have a dog... i hunt road ditches public areas....what i do when i walk a ditch is park my truck where the ditch starts walk up to next road which is usuailly 1 mile..i do this all day long from 8am to 4 pm and have yet to get me one.. am i doing something wrong??

i was out there no gun cause it wasnt season.. spooked/kicked up 6 hen pheasants heard a rooster off in the distance.. and one of them hens was right under my nose no kidding dam near went to hospital for serious heart attack...lol was not even expecting that...lol was arm length from me but still he was close....lol
