Don't ever offer "asking" price! Two years ago, we bought our present house. I offered them $29K less than what they had it listed for. Also several other conditions. The met all the conditions and dropped the price $25K! We took it! When I sold the other house, I got what I listed it for plus the buyer paid extra because of the financing. I took it!

I was at a meeting with Idaho Fish & Game yesterday and this whole thing about the wolves is nothing but a HUGE mess created by the tree-huggers! The elk herd in the Lolo Zone is being decimated by the wolves, yet the wolves are listed as "endangered"! What a crock!

Now you have one more problem, NO TREES FOR WOOD! LOL! Looks great!

I believe microwaves should be used for heating water and popcorn! That is it! Anything else, looses all its' taste!

Made my first batch of jerky on the new smoker. I left it in too long, but the taste is out of sight! I have the second batch in the frig to do tomorrow and I just got done making the marinade for a buffalo roast I will smoke tomorrow. I'm working too hard!

Not bad! I just got a new grill also. It is a Memphis Select and uses pellets. Computer controled and it is the best thing I have ever owned. I have done chicken, salmon, buffalo, beef and pizza. It all came out great. The flavor from one of these grills makes all other grills outdated! I didn't go with the Treager because they have really cheapened them up since they are now made in China. Will be doing halibut steaks tomorrow. Buffalo ribeyes on Wednesday and who knows what will be next! Good grilling!
