  1. Thanks for the birthday wishes! It's been a good one so far!
  2. Hi everyone! I'm just checking in to let you know I haven't forgotten about you. Tomorrow is the first day I get to hunt and I can hardly wait!! Hopefully the rain doesn't ruin it, I don't have many days to hunt this season.
  3. Welcome to the forums!
  4. Happy Birthday!! Hope it was a great one!
  5. This is my youngest, Nick, after sucking on a blue magic marker. He looked like a smurf for days after!
  6. If they are still greasy try using dish washing soap in their hair. My son did the same thing with a jar of vaseline when he was 2 and that was the only thing that got it out.
  7. Happy birthday Tonya!!! Hope it's a great one.
  8. If we ever get a summer this year I'll be doing lots of fishing, a camping trip or two, co-ed softball will be starting so I've got to get into shape for that , and lots of time on the ATV's. Too bad I have to fit work in there too....
  9. I'm very close and hope to be there when they open. It could be dangerous since that's pay day too.
  10. Happy Birthday!! Hope it's a great one.
  11. It must! We didn't even want a bathing suit competition.
  12. I was just wondering the same! Doesn't seem fair, does it?
  13. She's adorable!! And great taste in baseball too. Way to start her out right!
  14. My youngest son loves those things....he'll finish a whole box of them in about an hour.
  15. When I clean our mounts there is always a few hairs that come out. None of them are younger than 3 years old and there aren't any bald patches or anything, so it's probably nothing to worry about.
  16. Congratulations!!! I can't wait for my season to start, I have almost two more months to go.
  17. I sleep on my stomach and sometimes my side.
  18. We just have snow, snow, and more snow. Send some of that spring to Maine! We need to get mud season going.
  19. There are a few kids around my area that have done that to their cars.....I can't believe they think some lumber and black spray paint is going to fool anyone.
  20. Think of all the money you'll save on taxidermy! And a lot of wives would be willing to let Pooh Bear hang on the living room wall without an argument.
  21. Is there an open season on the heffalumps and woozles? I'd like to go after them.
  22. I haven't gotten anything yet, but will be getting some new camo for turkey season and some shooting sticks so I'm not cramping up while balancing the shotgun on my knees and waiting for the gobbler to get in range. I'm also quitting smoking, so that's roughly an extra $160 a month and I'm going to treat myself to a fishing trip this summer, just have to decide if I'm staying local or heading to MA for a charter trip.
  23. My season doesn't start until May 5, so it'll be a while before I can add to the team's score. Hopefully this winter's record snow fall didn't hurt the flocks too badly. I know where a few nice toms are, but it's all public land, so I'm probably not the only person who knows about them! LOL I like both team names that were suggested, so either one is fine with me.
  24. I clean the house and do all the laundry that got put off while hunting season was going on! lol
