Back from my vacation in Missouri and I had a great time. I shot a 7 ptr. the last day I was there and gave the meat to my brother.The big 10prt. I have been hunting the past few years was found dead, I shot it last year and couldn't find him...I didn't realize it was him, super fast hunt and never took a real good look at his rack... makes me sick! I will post a story on the bowhunting forum sometime.. Nice deer there Buckee,, congrats !

Hi team,, I won't be online for a couple of weeks as I head to Missouri through the 18th of this mounth. First I would check the PH level in your fields to see if they need some lime.. If they do need lime, its best to do it now rather then waiting until sping. Plow them over should work, you can use roundup a few week before you plant.

Upgraded today..... no pics yet..... small 8 pointer half hour after first light.... Today was my last day to hunt here in Indiana for a few weeks so I decided to take him.. I don't know what it is, but the deer just keep walking in front of me this year.. I do all my hunting on public land and have taken 3 so far this year.....crazy lol...

Nice job ambuscher!....I have yet to see a buck on the public land I hunt.....

Put a blind out in the middle of the field a wait a few weeks to use it, the deer will be checking it out at night and over time ignore it as any danger. Two years ago just before the season started my dad covered his bush hog with bright blue tarp as it set in the middle of the field, and believe me, nothing could miss that thing. My buddy was upset it was there and wanted to remove the tarp. Boom 2 days later he shot an 8 ptr. feeding next to the tarp. My buddy even forgot it was there until I reminded him of it lol.....

Next month it get even better jcs....
