Re: Help with TC Encore Im very glad this was brought up !!!!!! I have the encore Kick **** gun ! I also bought the Ez-ectractor. Everything was great till it rained on me friday. the new piece is made of steel and rusted all over everything it even **** up my breakdown. So i may try it with just taking it out like you guys did. T/C SHOULD MAKE THE **** THING OUT OF STAINLESS.

Re: Illinois Rut Question Mach1 A friend and i leased 100 acres four miles south of Casey , just south of the gravel pit on 49 . Are you close to that or know were we are at ?? We heard alot of good things about this part of the county. So far its been great we have seen alot of deer just waiten for the big joker to walk by.

Im back home in moultrie and headen out here herd its been crazy here so im off to hunt the big moes later Beef.

Re: LLLINOIS RUT !!!!!!!!!!! bucks are starting to move around here . alot more are showing up in fields and moveing around . A buddie killed a 140 class 10 pointer saturday night. Two more days of work and its off to the stand for four days.

Re: LLLINOIS RUT !!!!!!!!!!! thanks for the reply and thats what ive heard around here too. A buddy of mine seen a doe bedding down in the middle of a field and a buck standing in the tree line just watching her .I was out last sat seen a bunch of does but no bucks. Keep in touch .

Just looking for some people to keep in touch with on what you or i see in the wood . Im ready to take some time off work to sit all day. 2nd full moon thursday and a cold snap next week late so let me know if a got any input .

Re: I tested mechanicals and don\'t like them Glad to see this post ive only hunted seven years and mechanicals are the only thing i have used ever . i have only used rocket heads with the rubber band but this year changed to the grim reaper with no band . I have seen three dear killed with them and the hole is un real . I shot a doe saturday quartering away a little high but down and out the other shoulder . I cant complain about that but like i said mechanicals is all i know

Re: First post !! Sullivan is about 30 min southeast of Deactur . We hunt around Lake Shelbyville and alot of private farm ground. This year a buddie and i picked up some ground in Clark county for firearm and muzzleloader. Looking forward to getten down there and see some of the big boy we always here about. If anybody is from down there i would like to chat with ya.

Central Illinois deer hunter first time on just wanted to say hi. So far this year 4-hunts, 2-deer been a good year so far.
