I agree I think that using dogs to hunt deer and big cats is unethical. I have no problem with coons though, I guess I'm a little bias

Well after much deliberation, i i bought a 8 week old labradoodle last night. she is chocolate and really cute. no name yet but have a few in mind. Anyone else have experience with these dogs?

my first buck was an 8pt with a 16in inside spread. I shot him with my DAd's old .243 at about 65 yrds and he dropped on the spot. I was so nervous before the shot that I put my face way to close to the scope and when I shot, the recoil of the rifle busted my eye open with the scope!!! LOL, I didn't even feel it, and by the time I got down from my stand I had blood running down my face. I didn't care then, and I dont care now! I was so pumped! Thats how my first Buck went. Man, still makes me laugh

This year I put up an American Hunter bucket feeder that runs off a normal 6 volt or you can chose a solar panel. I have used Year Round and Moultree feeders in the past, and have had great success. I was suprised at the effeciency and effectivness of my new cheaper American Hunter! Anyone else had good luck with American Hunter?

Re: any big cats? I've started packin a peace maker on my hip, when going in and out of the woods. haha I know i'm a lil scared, but I've seen what they can do to a cow or an elk and I just don't wanna be cat food.
