  1. It's true! It's true! LOL! Justin's Mom and Dad got two ice cream cakes for us. We invited friends over to help eat them, but we still have another WHOLE one left. With Justin gone this week, I'll be forced to eat the other one ALL BY MYSELF. :clown:
  2. Thanks everyone! Justin left to go fishing today so it's just the puppy and I kicked back and relaxin!
  3. Happy 24th Birthday my dear husband! Love you! :happybday::toot::rock:
  4. Great pics Ruth! I'll see if I can get some of mine together!
  5. This other tooth that is dead.... can they prove that this happened at the same time as the chipped tooth incident? I wouldn't worry too much about it Ruth, as you did everything you could at the time. Remember, you are a Nurse, not a Pediatric Dentist! You did your best! Like you said, it sounds like the parents are out to have someone else pay for the whole thing.
  6. Men can build up brownie points for DAYS and all it takes is one little mistake for them to lose them all in a single second. :clown:

    I Must Break You

hubba hubba! I want it. :clown:
  8. Deer never cease to amaze me what they can survive. Thanks for sharing that picture, very cool.
  9. Way to go Dakota! Can't wait to hear the story and see some pics!
  10. Exactly what Ruth said! Hunting clothing for women is very hard to come by but are becoming more popular. With that being said, what clothes I have seen made for women just simply aren't AS good as what's offered for men, especially when it comes to cold weather. This however creates a new problem.... since men don't have much when it comes to hips or a butt - when trying on pants. :clown: I also have trouble finding a coat that fits my arms as the sleeves are always way too long and baggy which causes me problems when trying to shoulder my shotgun/rifle. You just need to take her to a Cabela's, Gander Mountain or somewhere else and try a bunch of clothes on until she finds something that fits and keeps her warm! The last thing you want is for her to have a bad experience in the field because of her clothing, especially if she's never gone before. I've been there before, as I'm sure you have too and it's NOT fun. Good luck!

    Rain

Aw ...... shame on Mother Nature for raining on your parade! :clown:
  12. I have gotten the biggest tickle out of this thread! I would have to say that the thing I'm most afraid of when walking through the woods during early season is walking through spider webs and imagining that huge spider crawling all over me and not knowing it. I'm surprised nobody mentioned sitting in complete darkness and having a deer blow while really close to you. That's had my heart racing a time or two before. :clown:
  13. Oh no! I am SO sorry to hear this Jeremy. :( Prayers sent for you, her family, and friends.
  14. Way to go guys! Great lookin' goats! :cool2: I'd love to shoot one of those bad boys.....!

    WOW Lewis???

Teehee! People are too laid back around here for that kind of stuff. I've only heard Justin say about people having an occasional line getting cut here and there.
  16. I love that. I NEED IT! :clown:
  17. Thanks! It's a Kodak ZD8612 IS! I got it last year on Black Friday at Walmart for around $150, or less, I forget now. The zoom on it is awesome for the price. Only downfall to the camera is that batteries last NO time in it, even when turned off! I use rechargeable ones which helps, but still don't last long at all.
  18. If that had been me when I was his age, I would have gotten one heck of a butt whoopin! :jaw:
  19. Lewis...... I can't believe this is the same little boy I met a few years ago when I first came up here and wouldn't hand over the flower. :clown: He sure is a cutie and a future heart breaker from the looks! Just like his poppa!
  20. I was blown away with how close they were letting me get to them. I may try holding the feeder tomorrow and see if they will drink from it.
  21. Thanks!!! .... and tell me about it! ROFL! Yesterday and today they have been going completely NUTS! I have had as many as 5 of them zooming around my head at one time. They are such little clowns, gotta love em! :clown:

    Which Ones???

I LOVE ALL roller coasters! There isn't one I won't get on either. However, the rides I don't care for are the ones like the Power Tower at Cedar Point that raise you up in the air and drop you when you least expect it.
  23. These were all taken with my "el cheapo" camera. I can't wait for Justin to get home so I can actually use our good camera. I didn't think they came out too bad though!
  24. Beautiful pictures! Looks like everyone had a wonderful time!
