Re: Crop Damage Permits.... We have these permits also.It allows you to kill 10 doe's,when you turn the light on and see 30+ what's 10 gonna do?The crop damage here is incredible,I can't wait until Sept 10.

Re: What do I need? Problem solved! It was intenal.The light was shaking on the inside not at the threads,it's back to normal.As far as the arrows they are ok.I'm pretty rough on the vanes.When they get ruffled they are very noisy in flight but all arrows do that.Thanks for the help guys.

Re: What do I need? Grip is ok.But I think I found part of my problem.The fancy little light on the sights was a little loose.I took it off because it only makes a halo effect around the sights in low light.Any more ?

Re: What do I need? I don't beleive it's my sight.I got it tight and it's a Toxonics with alittle dampner installed in it.

The other day I was shooting my bow and my sights got a little loose.I reset them everything fine.Now I have picked up a little vibration noise,If I squeeze the bow real tight when I shoot it seems to go away.I have a Trophy Ridge X Changer Limb Savers and bat wings already on my bow.What should I do?It's a PSE bow with about 68 lbs draw weight.

Re: Ultra Rest I am a brand to this and I love mine.I don't have to worry about my arrow moving or making noise.When it's installed all you do is place the arrow on the string and it captures the arrow or it will **** itself when you draw.If you draw and don't release you can flick it with your thumb and it will release for you.when you release the string it falls and never touches the arrow.Just remeber it's the only rest i've ever had never used anything else.

Re: Limbsavers I just installed some.They go on the inside of the limbs place them where they are about 3/4 of a inch from the cable as for toward the end of the bow as you can get.You only get one chance to stick them.

Been down in the bow hunting site learning alot.Bought a new bow and plan on turkey hunting with it also.My turkey season was not that great.I had some real good one's in a few time's but could not close the deal,also had a ton of jakes but I let them alone.Can't wait till next year!

Crimson Talon broadheads.I have'nt decided what broad head I am going to use.I 've been looking at them and they seem and look pretty deadly and accurate.

Re: how do you hunt antelope with a bow? I watched a video where a guy used a waterhole.He used a ground blind witha little adiitional brush.He shot a nice one as came to the waterhole for a drink.

Re: hunting set up PSE Pro Series Phantom 29inc draw 65lbs pull going to increase to 70lbs.Toxonic 5 pin sight, Ultra Rest,Trophy Ridge Xchanger stabilizer 30inch Easton epic and 29 3/4 Super Carbon Arrows 100 grain head.I have not chosen a broad head to hunt.Scott Mongoose release.Been shooting only 2 weeks and drilling the target out to 40 yards.

Re: Trophy Ridge Sights I use a Toxonics 5 pin with a little light attached.I've shot alot in the past 2 weeks with no problems.Although I think the light would cause a halo around the sights in low light hunting conditions. The pins are bright enough without a light.

I bought some of these arrows off of E-bay and they are awsome.I bought some Easton epic 400 from my dealer.They both shoot the same on my set up,but I noticed when the arrow hits the target the super carbon's penetrate into the target a whole lot farther.There is only about a 1/2 gram difference in arrow weight.I also noticed that the Super carbon's have a tighter spiral in flight.For the money I think they are great.

Re: New Rest I bought a UltraRest.I like it because I'm new to bow hunting and I don't have to worry about my arrow falling off.

Re: What release? I'm using a Scott mongoose.It's fully adjustable.Has nice buckle type strap.Youcan also set the amount of pull on the trigger like a gun.
