Re: Wisconsin Hunting accident: 15 year old girl thats bad luck... i trip over a lot of stuff but when i fall... i like to think of my scope being more important than my body... so i hold onto the gun and let the body fall into wherever without my hands... it hurts sometimes but my gun never hits the ground... sad to hear such a thing happening to such a young person...

what is it??? is it a call? or do people do it with there mouths? or is it a combination of calls or what?

Re: bear hunt story/ with pics it worked for me... nice bear... i went up into the mountains when i was 12 i think it was? im 14 now but i didnt think it would be too hard but boy... your legs really got tired from me being a flat land boy in north dakota... but i made out better than the guide and my grandpa i think LOL

Re: i got in trouble at school haha... my worst time was we were throwin snow balls... and of course... they always say ice chunks... well there was a kid i didnt like who was playin... i took an ice ball... sounds kinda mean but i was a youngen... and whiped it as hard as i could? and guess what happens...? i miss and guess who ends up standin 10 feet away from him? the teacher.... WACK! smoked her right in the head... wow was i in trouble... lol

Re: Lay Em Down i use a 7mm-08 and i think i use 140 grain and idk where you are hitting them? but when i hit a deer theres a pretty nice sized hole where it enters n a HUGE exit hole

[/ QUOTE ] ya i found that out friday... i seen what i thought was a doe...(was a button buck) horns hadnt even came outa the skin yet... i shot him once in the corn field n i knew i hit him good... he a good shot but i hit his shoulder blade so i thought hed die cuz of that... happens to be i tracked him for over 3 miles??? finally he laid down and i kicked him out of his bed... which amazed me how he was still alive and i **** him and he droped dead... idk how he stayed alive with my 1st shot but maybe the shell didnt penetrate through the bone or something? i dont know... but i found him n his backstraps r marinateing in the fridge now

Re: 22.250 i use it for gophers and yotes n stuff... it will work good if u shoot deer between the eyes... u gotta be awful close tho... idk bout long distance shots on deer with it? if it was itd have to be a real good shot i think...

what ingredients do you put on it and spices and stuff? and do you put bacon around the deer steak and put it in tinfoil ever? i heard that but im cookin some tonight and i wana try somethin new
