[/ QUOTE ] exactly... my siss bf's were all... weird... ill say until she finally got one that i thought was cool... so me and him started hunting together and we went on hunting trips were we'd miss school for a week and stuff... well this ticked my sis off... and she would always yell at me and stuff about it cuz hed come over here to shoot bow with me and not be with her lol... and now they are broke up... and he still comes over and that jus really pushes her buttons lol

does anyone know how to apply for a non-resident archery elk tag in montana? i have no idea how that works at there website it is so confusing...

k i got all the skin off and most of the meat by cutting... and there isnt a way that i can boil it... at least until summer...? is there any way that i can get the rest of everything else off without boiling it? and if so what do i do next? this is my first time and i just dont wanna screw up

Re: anyone planning trips for 2006 im goin to western north dakota for mule deer and antelope, than for turkey with the bow posibly. and im goin to south dakota for a guided turkey hunt, and i might go elk hunting not sure yet tho... and deer in north dakota i suppose... maybe in minesota to. and im putting in for elk in wyoming idk what the posibility of out of state tags r tho...

Re: Mouth Calls i got some like 3 pack from primos... they r awsome... ive called in bout 10 goblers on my first time tryin it last year... i cant wait to try em again this year... use a slate call with the mouth call to... thats what i do so it sounds like there r a few turkeys...

Re: 2 woodies 1 shot my first shot ever i think it was at ducks it had just turned shooting time... and yet i couldnt see good cuz it was a cloudy day... and i see a bunch of black things comin... im like... what re those? ducks! my grandpa says... he says get ready so we were behind a haybail and im like... ok already there pretty far away but whatever? so i jump out behind the hay bail and aim at the middle of the flock my grandpas like not yet! they all flaired and boom! 2 little black things fell outa the sky with that ol' 20 guage lol... i was pretty happy... and then one day it was to tempting to pass up... i got 6 in 1 shot in the water lol... but it was sweet... than last year i got 21 snow geese in 7 shots so that was pretty cool too

Re: LET IT SNOW i hunt in north dakota... we murdered them this year on there way south... when are they supposed to be comin back up north??? any one know when they'll be around north dakota? i think our season opens in a week or 2 here im not positive tho?

Re: Best Turkey hunting State... i hunted in missouri for em once and boy... those were the harddest things ever... hunted em for 4 days and never even got close... i like western north dakota... thousands of birds and some huge toms if you take the time to call em in...

Re: how do you pick where to set up? i know the land good and every thing... but i cant really scout because its a 5 hour drive from here... i usually get 1 every year but i was just wondering on how u pick... i usually just randomly pick a spot that ive seen turkeys there b4 and start callin and it works...

say if you dont do scouting for turkeys or have feed or anything for them and you just need to randomly pick where you want to set up to call in a gobbler how do you decide were to set up at??? i usually just set up at a random place and call... sometimes it works n sometimes it doesnt?
