Re: School shootings and some random thoughts this kinda hits close to home since my daughter just had the gun carring kid walking around school all day last week so I have told her to run and dont stop and dont look back use barriers and do not run in a straight line..Its sick we have to have this going on in schools these days..

Re: My kids school I would really like to hear from a few psycologist and see what their opinions are on this stuff.. I also think maybe my grandfather says its all about the lack of a woodshed out back.. But my wife says its got to be the lack of parenting.

Tonight my kid came home from school and told us about a boy her age (16) had went to school the previous day with a hand gun..A friend of the kid finally told someone after all day knowing the kid was packing a pistol. This school is small and country. The kid now is suppose to be in jail and things are under control--from the principals view of things anyway--so here we sit with The bigger question what was he thinking?

If you plant about 28,000 kernels per acre. check farm auctions or a dealer to see if you can find a 2 row corn planter. You want corn planted about 2 inches deep. spray round up after the weeds have come up, it is easier to spray when it is planted in rows.

Re: Antler restriction poll being a dairy farmer, what your saying is the exact opposite of what it should be..take the small bucks if you must but leave the large bucks to continue on the tradtion of good genetics..Thats just the way we do things, are you saying that all these 4 pointers will end up being the quality of the 8 pointers that you are harvesting? If we as dairy farmers only keep the immature lower quality animals we would be going backwards with our genetics..
