Re: 30-06 bullets? I don't think that anyone make factory ammo in less than 150 gr. for the 30-06. What's wrong with 150gr. bullet that would work fine for antelope as long as you use the right kind of bullet. I noticed that you were looking at Remington ammo look into a polymer tipped bullet for midsized game like the Remington Premier Accutip. That should do just fine. I have taken quiet afew antelope with 150 gr. bullet with my 7mm Mag.

Re: Beretta PX4 Storm I would be using it mostly for shooting at the range but I will carry it well hunting and hiking. As far as why the berretta: I like the look and feel of this particular firearm and have had other products from the berretta family that I loved to shoot.

Re: Another shotshell question They're probably going to do away with lead shot altogether someday. Lots of refuges won't allow lead shot to be used for any type of hunting. I know it stinks but if it's what we have to do to help protect the sport that we love than I will do it.

Re: One Lucky Deer All three shots hit in about the same place. He needs to spend some time at the range sighting in his rifle. By the third shot you would figure he could have compinsated and put the deer down.
