Re: 7-1-06 Groundhog ive gotten around 4 so far this year and my brother and my dad have gotta a few apeice so far.our prefrense is my dads old 22hornet with hallow points.i found out if a woodchuck pops his head up within 100 yards it garenteed 2 have a screwed up face. next one i shoot in the head i will take a pic and post it later on.

Re: tree stand deal on private property thanx guys. i got a chuckle from a few of your guys's post.i live in amish country so the land owner and i are gussing it was the amish.i told my brother about it and he said that he told them many times 2 stay off. my brother was the only guy that got permisson 2 hunt back there a few years back and hes gussing it was the amish 2.o well.i took down the stand and got another spot picked out for it on another peice of property.

heres the deal i cut wood for a guy and ive hunted in his woods and i came accross a tree stand and mentioned it 2 him and he went back and looked at it and said that he hasent gave permisson 2 hunt back there and that i could have the stand if i wanted and so i did but idk if it was the right thing 2 do what do u think.

dose any one no any good catfishing spots for lake erie in newyork?weve tried the mouth of chatauqua creek and the peir for the fun of it and had no luck.and wat works best 2 catch them.

can any one give me some info on this bow?i just got one from my dad and dont no mutch about it.ive shot it a few times and dont mind it.i was woundering on a good rest for it.right now i got a plain jane rest...any sugestions. :confused

Re: How was your opening day New Yorkers i dint see a single bird but herd a few just did not wanna come in..but this morning almost had a shot at a real nice bird but pasted up a longer shot than i wanted 2 take.waitintg either for 2marrow or this weekend.

Re: What is the best 75 gr. broadhead? i know wasp makes a 75 gr. broad head.i havent had real good luck with wasp boss's but other wasp shoot fine for me.

Re: alluminum or carbon????????? i use 2 shoot alluminums for a few years but sense the day i shot a carbon im never going back 2 alluminum's.i prefer the gold tip carbons havent exspeimented with any other carbon arrows.

Re: Western New Yorkers my friends mom just hit a buck a few weeks ago with antlers and when she hit the thing they antlers still dint fall off.ive seen a few deer that i think are bucks with out horns.but then again seen some with.
