The best thing to do is to try and bunch of different types and see what the rifle likes best. Yeah I know that's going to cost you more but that is truly to best way... Every rifle is different so what shoots good for mine will be different for yours. Good luck! -

My dad has hunted with his Ruger 44 mag. Not exactly what you are taking about but we have shot oil jugs with it at 75 to 100 yards with little to no problems. However longest shot at a deer he has ever had or taken was 50-60 yards. Old doe didn't make it far after he shot her.

I've had that same thing happen before. Sure does make you mad. Hunt near that spot with your gun......those yotes will be back! I often take the remains of the deer I shoot and dump them in one spot. Then place a trail camera over it. Often yotes will find the remains within the first night....

LOL at the fans. 2 more great runs! You need a picture of him running towards the camera with the entire other team trying to catch him. As thats the way most of these runs end up.

Was happy to see Gary and Dustin in the finals. Not sure I agree with Mike being allowed to come back because Jake quit but thats the way the rules are. Glad to see Dustin win in the end. Fun to see the average joe win!! :2guns:

wtg Dave!! Well I am back home (had a family vacation planned and just got back Sunday morning). Trail camera pics are picking up......hunting lastnight and tonight both nights produced small bucks. This weekend is suppose to be cool so I am hoping for good things.....
