Long time since I have been on the forums, but I am heading to Newfoundland Canada for a spring bear hunt this June. I am looking for suggestions or referrals to taxidermist for bear rugs. Last time I took a bear was 8 years ago and I remember the costs being much more reasonable than what I am seeing locally. Any suggestions are appreciated!

well, in the story they said instead of the one contract going out to private bid, it was given to city wokers. I think all the money was given to the wrong companies and gov'ts. The money should have put into a national infastructure or not given out at all, alot of gov't I believe are using the money for things it was not intended for.

We actually stopped putting feed out 2008, there was a crabapple tree and then we planted a food plot so that we are legal to hunt the area when opening day comes around unlike in 2007 we had to wait til november to hunt cuz of our states 30 day law.

I am not up for supporting obama, I think most of what he is trying to do is incorrect, however as is common practice, all vacations of the first family are paid for by their own money, so.... considering they are millionaires its not that big of a deal. In the US we do not have " Official language" its just preferred, mostly because of our ties with britain. I do support the ordinance though. I wonder how long it will take for the DOJ to bring a lawsuit against them?

It's probably stereotyping, but I believe they have not elected republicans because most repubs want less gov't so therefore less public services. IMHO the more services the poorer the area, the more people will be dependent the population will be causing a strain on government funding causing a larger pool to pay for the services. Very similar to what my city of harrisburg is possibly going to do by declaring bankruptcy they will cause the entire county taxpayers to pay for their 300 million dollars in debt.

Bobby jindal and chris christie of nj for 2012. all the shows i listen to are all up for palin, but honestly why would you elect a person who resigned her current position as governor? she is to much celebrity, and i think that is one are the president should NOT be in that is one issue I dont like obama he is a celebrity now not a president, I mean look at all of the things he's "fixed" looks like something a "star" would do (all about him)

Hey guys, I have not been on for a while, however I would like to ask everybody's opinion on things. I have decided earlier this year that I will run for State representative of the 104 th district of pa(not this election). I first and foremost and outdoorsman and I would like to know what your guys thoughts are things that could be changed to make hunting in pa, I know a big one most would like to see is sunday hunting, but please as many ideas as you can throw at me It can be non-hunting related also(please pm me with them or email) I want to hear state wide not just the distric I live in Mods/admins if i am in error by posting this please let me know if you remove it, Im not trying to campaign i just want to hear ideas to make pennsylvania a better place to hunt and live Thanks

i agree i love mine so far, one thing if your interested in the rest G5 is coming out with a pro version, which has a similar mechanism to the limbdriver rest, it connect to the upward cable, so not to affect timing.

i think also think the price is outrageous, but i see this being more marketed for the dangerous game, african game archer, where having something stronger would be beneficial especially on say a capebuffalo or something of that nature

i have shot alot of of arrows throught my XT (cx,gt,victory,beman,pse,) but so far after about 1000 shots in the past month with my axis i prefer them with my set up. if you want the straightest arrows go with victory they hold there dozen groups to the tightest tolerances only problem was for me they were hard to get, only plus i saw with the maxima hunters is there "weight forward design" but i didnt see a difference at ranges past 40 yards with my bow compared to nonFOC'd arrows. PSE radial X where as tough as nails, but i like the axis cuz its a great compromise between straight and tough IMO and it does allow for better penetration and the HIT insert did make some difference with my broadheadflight out at 50 yards (i dont shoot past that with fixed blades in practice) and with my tekans past that they flew normal for me

G5 XR sight used to come with a light but not anymore add the light and its awesome;)
