  1. I was just reading a thread on A.T. ...step by step longbow by Luvmysupertec. He is the owner of Zona custom bows. Hew makes it look easy
  2. Good points from all. I am in no way tied to either company, but I have read that some tests with the bow are not what they seem. Take it for what it's worth. :jaw:
  3. I agree. They work very well! No way to fake that test!
  4. The grip is very slim and gives NO input at all. This bow just sits in your hand.
  5. www.benpearson.com is their new site! Looks good so far. Check it out
  6. I say you should hook me up with an out of state tag to help you with your problem! :1eye:
  7. WOW! I practice up to 65 and some 70 yards, but 40 would be my limit unless I had the "PERFECT" situation and was spot on with the range....then just maybe.....60.
  8. I just bought an Eberlestock X2. I have not even taken the tags off it yet! It is an awesome pack. I got this one for UNDER $100!!
  9. I thought the same thing.....if it dampens this well imagine what it does on your bow!!!!
  10. Found these on Youtube. Pretty cool.
  11. I just bought some rear V stabs and mount. I was wondering if I am just waisting my $$. I have never used then before, but have read a lot about different set ups. My bow is a Pearson Advantage 29/70. 37 1/2" long and 7 5/8 brace.
  12. I have a 60 yard pin, but like you said ..I also practice a ton at 60 and 70...plus I hunt with a "target" spec bow!
  13. here.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODIlVi86_GI
  14. Not everyone feels comfortable shooting longer ranges. I am limited in the thick river bottoms I hunt anyway.
  15. Ended up buying this one.........22=243=20gu.
  16. Then why bother to respond "oh great one"?
  17. What is your range with a bow...given a clean broadside presentation how long of a shot will you take? For me...I am comfy to 40 if I KNOW the exact range, but I can group well at longer distances. This is my group today at 50 (with laser rangefinder and my new Pearson Advantage). note..after about 30 yards FOB's and Blazers do not group together.... 50 yards is a LONG way with a bow!
  18. It is a black wrinkle powder coat I think. Pearson didn't pull any punches with this bow. Stage 1 string set with Halo serving..Barnsdale limbs...
  19. This Pearson has to be the best bow I have ever owned! 30 yard group!
  20. It finally arrived!! This bow is awesome! I will get a full review asap!
