best duck recipe soak duck or goose breasts in apple cider vinegar overnite, then butterfly them and stuff them with onions, jalapenos,and mushrooms then wrap with peppered bacon and grill serve with jalapeno ranch sauce to make sauce take a bottle of ranch dressing and finely chop up a jalapeno and add a little paprika, add jalapeno to desired heat slice duck breast about 1/2 in thick cross ways and drizzle sauce over them my kids love them so much they are always asking to go to grandpas to shoot some ducks so we can cook em up!!!
