Re: repairing broken antlers OK THIS IS HOW TO FIX EM IF YOU WANT TO, TAKE A SMALL DRILL BIT DRILL A HOLE IN EACH PIECE ABOUT A HALF INCH DEEP, THEN TAKE A PIECE OF GALVANIZED WIRE (IT WONT RUST, THERE IS MOISTURE IN ANTLERS) USE AN EPOXY BASED GLUE AND GLUE TOGETHER, YOU WILL NEED TO PUT DOWNWARD PRESSURE ON THE ANTLER SO THE EPOXY GLUE WONT EXPAND THE ANTLERS APART, THEN YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE SOME CLAY OR EPOXY(WHITE OR NATURAL IN COLOR) AND HIDE THE SEAM, THEN TRY TO COLOR MATCH SO YOU CANT SEE WHERE THE ANTLER WAS BROKEN. THAT IS HOW I DO IT WHEN A CUSTOMER WANTS BROKEN TINES REPAIRED AT LEAST YOU HAVE BOTH PIECES, I USUALLY HAVE TO REBUILD THE WHOLE TINE!!!
