People like this make me mad. The bat did not hurt their son. They chose to let their son play baseball knowing that they used metal bats.

Fridge and usually pop but sometimes soda. Mt. Dew is usually referred to as a Dew-zer by me.

Thanks everyone. Kid- Its only one deer not two

I got one for my birthday back in May. It is pretty fun to play but one thing I dislike is the lack of big name games for it. Plus I don't like spending $50 for a game. With the 360 there are more used games that you can buy which are cheaper.

I got this buck on the opening day of rifle season in Lyman County, SD. I passed on a nice little 4x4 whitetail early in the morning and saw this one right as I was heading to the pickup. I went along a crick kind of hoping to see a turkey when this deer walked out of the bottom. He is a 4x5 with about a 22 inch spread. He is one of the biggest bucks to be taken out of this piece of land in a long time. We took him to get mounted the day after we got him and it will look nice on the wall. This is by far my best deer and I am only 17 so I am hoping to get another nice one sometime. I really never care too much if I get a deer or not. I just love getting outside and away from stuff and to get to see a bunch of people that I have known my whole life. Any idea on what this will score? I shot it with my 7x57 mauser rifle that my dad used on his first deer he ever shot.

I love my 10/22. It is a really fun gun to shoot. I have a 50 round clip so I go through shells pretty quick with it

I usually go pheasant, deer and turkey hunting near my grandparents farm. There is close to 600 acres of land that I can hunt out there. It is about a 2 1/2 hour drive so I never get to make it there very often.

That is very true. Are you looking at getting an upright or chest freezer? One thing I like about chest freezers is its pretty hard to leave the door open on. The door has been left open a couple times on our upright and it ruined quite a bit of stuff

I would look into getting a Fridgidaire freezer. Fridgidaire makes pretty good products for a reasonable price. When it comes to freezers, Fridgidaire is pretty much all we sell where I work.

We have this saw at our school. It was donated by the local Home Builders association. It is really nice. A news crew came out and filmed some stuff with it and they did the hot dog demo. It was really cool to see.

My sister won a $1000 Scheels gift certificate this past weekend and she said that she would give me part of it (she's 12) So I was wondering what to buy with it. I have narrowed it down to a few things 1. Buy accesories for my new Four-wheeler IE- Gun rack, storage, that kind of stuff. 2. Put it towards a pistol- I have always wanted a pistol and I figure this is as good of a time as any to buy one. I will only really use it for messing around and plinking. Any ideas on what would be a good one for me? 3. Put it towards a new rifle- I have wanted to buy a rifle for shooting coyotes, prarie dogs, etc, for a while. I probably won't use it for a deer rifle but it is possible. Any ideas on what would be a good rifle and scope? 4. Buy some stuff for my 10/22-stock, barrel, etc I will probably end up with $150-$200 of the gift certificate. I also have $50 there from christmas. Any Ideas? Thanks

Re: Anyone heard of, own, or know someone........ I've heard some bad things about them. I have heard that some of the frames bend and crack very easily. But I have also heard they are decent. It's all going to depend on how you will ride it. If you will just be puttsing around I think it would be fine. If you plan on running it in some trails and things of that nature, I would look at something else.

Re: the griz is now street legal!!!!! We need a horn, headlights, tail lights, mirror, and exhaust/muffler here in SD. My sportsman I just picked up has all of it. I plan on getting insurance for it soon and the ride it around.

Re: What made you want to start deer hunting? When I was four I started going with my dad out to my grandparents house for a weekend. I always had a ton of fun with him and seeing everyones deer. As I got a little older I liked to go see all of the people that I hadn't seen for a while. Even if my dad wouldn't get a tag I would go out and have a blast.
