I used it all season and never got winded and had deer down wind from me several times!! I can tell ya that it is a fleece material and man is it warm and comfortable!!!!!!!! I've thought about getting a set just to wear around the house! lol

Jason..double check your regulations to make sure that your not allowed to use ANY calls. Usually the mean you cant use electronic calls. What state do you live in that you cant use a call for coyotes?? That would be like not being allowed to use a grunt or rattling for deer.

I dont think that there has been one here in Ohio this year but a year or two ago one attacked a guy riding his bike near Cleveland in a park. Then almost 2 years ago up near Lake Erie in NE Ohio there were several dogs attacked on their porches at the house by yotes. I think one small dog was killed, one small dog was hurt bad and the 3rd dog attacked was a 70 lb dog that was hurt bad!!

Its definately a trophy in my book! That is one magnificent deer there. I think he is in the 140's but I think he maybe a bit older the 4 1/2. maybe a 5 or 5 1/2. That deer has a HUGE neck and he has that hump in between the shoulders. How about you let us know when you get him!! lol

I think the deer in my woods like coffee cause I peed outta the stand and a doe came right to it!! lol She was never spooked a bit!

That stinks man! EHD has hit the southern part of Ohio pretty hard this year as well. I know one guy who just bought a piece of land down that way to hunt this year and found 61 deer dead on it back in August/September from EHD!

if you know that the does are around there then like wtnhunt and buckee says have faith and patience in your spot if the does are there!!!

Man thats a nice deer! Dont get all hung up on a buck for your first bow kill! I am 33 and I could careless if my first bow kill is a doe or a buck as long as its not a yearling! lol

I agree with Mudrunner and Southerngirl. You got to watch for fraying on the string and make sure you wax it alot!

So far for my season Ive been close to a deer kill about 3 times and have come up emty so far! If close was a race I would be in first place!!! lol I hope ya get one soon friend!!

I use alluminum arrows still William because I have heard the same about carbon arrows. I do know that if a carbon shaft does splinter you will have to cut out the meat in the splintered area.
