Rest up Brother! ...unfortunately, with the fire loads we have today (more stuff and more stuff that is oil based)...being fully involved by time we get there is going to be the norm. Glad you all came home safe.

All three will get the job done...but when I was shopping for one a few years back one big difference I noticed was that JD had a more comfortable and back supportive seat. (gotta think about more than just the cut...lol)

I am with the "don't use two wax ring" crowd. They make oversized rings for just such instances. (as you can see in the link in johnf's post.) An added tip that has saved me some hassle in the past is to put a couple large drinking straws on the closet bolts to help guide the bowl down onto the right spot. Have fun!

Went for a walk after dinner...and I had my point and shoot with me. I saw about 25-30 deer in the wheat, so I did my best to sneak up on them (in street clothes) and here is the result. As you can tell in the first couple pics...some of them busted me. This group was too preoccupied watching my neighbor driving down his lane to notice me.

I have to work on Easter Sunday...but then again, I work every Sunday. I am the Maintenance Director of a large Church.

Whats the big deal if I write the year I found them on them? ...and why is it "killing you"?

I have learned over the past few years that persistance is the big key to finding sheds. Especially when you're the only one looking. There's just so much ground to cover! Well, I walked around one of our farms yesterday for a little over three hours...and was rewarded with a few sheds. Nothing huge...but it is always neat to find one.

I wouldn't have even replied to them. It's an old scam that 's been around a while.

I went too....had a great time. It was good to see gary (need2hunt) again and talk with him for a while. He was in the archers choice booth with ralph and vicky. Lot's of great deer!

I'm a volly fireman too Muff...and although I haven't had to do CPR on someone, I do know what you are going through. I've seen a lot of bad stuff...and it's not easy. You have a great attitude about it, not letting it discourage you. We do what we can, and sometimes it doesn't work out...but when it does...it makes you understand why we keep doing it.

I will be there Friday from 2- ?? I will be there Saturday from 9am-1pm and on Sunday from 1pm-4ish

Prayers sent. It always bothers me to hear about these senseless tragedies...but this one is really getting to me as it hits so close to home. My brothers and sisters graduated from NIU as did many of my friends...and now I come to find out this idiot grew up in my home town of Elk Grove Village. Hopefully the kids there at NIU will hold each other up and get through this as best they can...I can't even imagine the fear and grief they must be feeling.

I've had migraines since I was a little boy. (I'm 38...so at least 30 years of misery) They don't get any easier to tolerate, but I am pretty good at feeling them coming on, and I get drugged up to soften the blow. Go to a dark place, and shut the world out for a while. I usually have to keep dosing for a few days to keep it tolerable until it goes away. In a word....it sucks.
