Re: boat like du man said you can use a john boat but if you're planning on hunting big waters i would recommend something a little safer (bigger). and also speakin' of blinds me and my dad made a blind with steel rerods stuck into brackets and then we draped a burlap camo blanket over the rerods and banded it down... worked pretty good and it's very fast.
