  2. Hi y'all. If anyone is interested and nearby, I have a IBEP Bowhunter Education class coming up on March 17 &18 in Shepherd Texas. This is about 60 miles NE of Houston. Just shoot me a message for more info. Curtis
  3. Re: Local Walmart possibly hooked up with Antigunners The guns have been disappearing from Wal Mart for a while. If the ones at your store went on sale, you're lucky. Most went back to the makers. From what I heard, it was indeed a deal with anti's. If Wal Mart got rid of them in certain stores, the anti's would back off. Of course, you are never gonna hear the exact truth.

    Myspace

Hi again. With some corrections, I am reposting this. I am trying to get my myspace friends list filled with hunters/outdoorsmen. I have a cool vid of battling bucks and I want to try to get as many people on the map as possible. http://www.myspace.com/outdoortexan
  7. Hi y'all. Just thought I'd write a few things about me. I am an avid hunter/angler. I am a hunter education volunteer for Texas Parks and Wildlife as well as a bowhunter education volunteer for IBEP. I also have a program called Trash Your Can. In September of 05 I was diagnosed with cancer in my cheek. It was a direct result of my dipping. Click on the link in my signature to see more. I am trying to get as many people, male and yes, female, to stop dipping. Since I am involved with the outdoors, I see alot of others that dip. Some feel the two go together. I want to change that thought. The outdoors can be enjoyed, and even more so, without dip/chew. My cancer and subsequent operation took me out of the outdoors for a while. And to this day, I still have difficulties with my back and shoulders and neck. No one should be subjected to this and I aim to let y'all know. I am a member of a forum designed to enable quitters from all over to chat with each other. People in all stages of a quit get to find support for their quit. Same as people on here find support for hunting addictions. If interested, go to http://www.killthecan.org and click on the message board under the Community heading. Or contact me and I'll guide you. Also, I make myself available to talk to anyone who wants to quit but isn't sure how or if they can. Other than that, turkey season is just around the corner and I'm stoked !!
